Sarah and Andrew got married on July 23, 1986. They married almost 30 years ago! 5 years after Diana and Charles got married. So what was the dress and accessories like?

Sarah wore an ivory silk gown that was designed by Lindka Cierach and it was to showcase her love to Andrew, awwwww. It was designed from duchess satin and it had a scooped neck, padded shoulders and a beaded bodice. Her train was 17 feet long (Still doesn’t beat Diana’s! Hers was 25 feet!) It also had the letter ‘A’ on it. The veil was attached to the tiara by using a cornet of flowers, after the ceremony it was revealed that the tiara was borrowed by her mother-in-law, Elizabeth II. What did the page boys and flower girls wear?

Well, the page boys (Including Prince William) had a sailor theme that included a boater hat and a sailor outfit, he looked sooo cute! And the bridesmaids (including Zara Phillips) wore a peach ballerina dress, in the hair they had bows and had a flower carrier with a wooden handle. Where was the wedding held?

The wedding was held at Westminster Abbey, where most Royal Wedding occurs. Some weddings are Elizabeth and Prince Philip’s, Anne and Mark’s and on April, 20 11 William and Kate.
